The second biennial international Qur’an conference of the International Qur’anic Studies Association (IQSA) will be held on July 4-6, 2017 in the Zarrouk Palace, Carthage, Tunisia, in collaboration with Beit al Hikma (The Tunisian Academy of Sciences, Letters, and Arts).
